Rotem & Mounir, is where Burgundy both meets the Rhône Valley, but in many ways is a total break - for the famed winemaking couple who lend their names to the estate. Many would know Rotem & Mounir Saouma from their iconic Burgundian house - Lucien Le Moine - but far less for their relatively new venture into the heart of the Rhône valley. We have been fortunate enough to watch as they have slowly developed their estate and wines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and the results today are too extraordinary and distinct to ignore.
