Formed in 2002, Hecht & Bannier produce wines that are reference points for the Roussillon, Languedoc and Provence. Founders Gregory Hecht and Francois Bannier work to conserve the Mediterranean strength in their wines while preserving balance and crispness. The cutting edge winery is one of the south's most exciting projects. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate noted that: "Gregory Hecht and Francois Bannier are living up to the challenge they set themselves, namely to render, as negociants... wines that can stand comparison with those of each respective appellation's top estates." The majority of the Domaines they work with are producers of organically certified grapes.
