Capensis was established with the aim to produce world-class Chardonnay from South Africa’s most exceptional, high elevation vineyards. As a terroir-expressive variety, Chardonnay opens a window to place as told through the lens of three distinct wines for Capensis. The portfolio is led by the flagship Western Cape Chardonnay – the culmination of five remarkable vineyards. It is complemented by a Stellenbosch designated wine, Silene, and a single vineyard expression from the estate owned Fijnbosch vineyard.
